1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Next Chance ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. Nature of the Service

Next Chance is a platform that connects you with random strangers for text, voice, and video chat. You understand that:

• Conversations are with random users and we do not screen or verify the identity of any user.
• We do not monitor conversations in real time by default, but we reserve the right to do so for safety and compliance purposes.
• You may encounter content or behavior that is offensive, inappropriate, or objectionable.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Share or display any sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic content.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Share personal information of others without consent.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to bypass bans, rate limits, or security measures.
• Record, screenshot, or distribute conversations without the other party's consent.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to access the Service.

5. Reporting and Enforcement

Users can report inappropriate behavior via the Report button. Our system may automatically capture screenshots for review when a user receives multiple reports. We reserve the right to:

• Issue temporary or permanent bans based on user reports and automated review.
• Remove any user from the platform at our sole discretion.
• Cooperate with law enforcement when required by applicable law.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Chance and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
